re: Agent trigger after new mail has arrived

I have several dbs that do this. That is, email gets sent into this database and a document in the database is created from the email. Here's what I've done:

- Create a Notes user for your app (you could create a mail-in db as well).
- Make the 'Mail File' field be your database.
- Create a view in that database which filters for the form 'Memo'.
- Write an agent which runs every 5 to 10 mins which will cycle through the memo view, process the email and create your document.

I originally set my agent to "After new mail has arrived" but I found odd problems occurring so I switched it to execute on a schedule.
